Use the Shift to get through the metal grate and go to the ledge overlooking the street. Directly across is a partially collapsed pillar. Shoot it with a fireball and it will drop further. You can then jump on top of it to get to the other side.
Activate two levers on one side. A floodgate will partially open. Jump on top of the floodgate and from there, jump to the other side. Activate the other two levers and the gate will open enough for you to walk under it.
Activate the levers and go past the doors that open. In one room you will find a Swap Places TA. In another room there is a minion on the other side of a grate. Swap places with him. If you get a message that says there is not enough room to swap places back away from the grate a bit.
Spirit Shield will protect you from Legionís attacks. There is one Spirit Shield TA you will find before you reach Legionís chamber. There are also two more in hallways that surround the chamber, as well as a Heal TA. Activate the Spirit Shield and attack Legion. Decay and Seekers work well here. When the shield runs low duck into one of the hallways and grab another Spirit Shield TA, heal up and attack again. When a spirit shield does not protect you shoot the little skulls that Legion spits out. Just a few hits with Dart will kill them.
To survive here you must avoid the assassinís fireballs. When Legion begins his death throes immediately run into one of the side corridors to avoid the assassinís fire and buy time to heal up. The assassin can use Shift to lose any Seekers or Decays you shoot at him so you will probably have to engage him with Fireball or Dart. Donít stand toe to toe with him. Duck in and out of cover as you shoot.
This is a tough question to answer because this level is somewhat of a maze. To get out you must find stairways that lead up. What throws people off here is that you donít go directly up. At one level you have to take a different stairway back down a level where you can find another stairway that will take you further up. Just try to remember where you have been and donít get frustrated if you canít figure it out right away. Also, this map involves no moving of boxes to climb over obstacles. If you canít jump right over something, donít bother with it.
In the vicinity of the partially open door there are two tables with respawning TAs. There you will find a Find Target TA and a Swap Places TA. Go to the door and you should hear a trolloc snacking on a dead warder. Activate the Find Target TA and then use Swap Places. Viola! You get to continue on your way with the additional satisfaction of interrupting the trollocís repast.
Tactics vary here but I will give you one that I favor. She wonít come out until you pick up the Fireball TA so donít grab that until you set all of your Explosive Wards immediately in front of the mirror. Pick up the Fireball TA and then back off. When she steps on the wards activate a Fire Shield and attack her with fireballs. If she doesnít activate her own Fire Shield she will go down quickly. If she does then you will have to keep your distance from her to buy time to heal up between attacks. The large room makes it pretty easy to avoid her when necessary.
You get dropped into a valley that winds around in a circle. Walk through the valley and you will end up back on top next to the waygate. Of course, you know those trollocs arenít going to make it easy for you. Also, you will need to use a Levitate TA to jump across a chasm.
You donít have to; so donít waste precious ammo trying. You just need to survive long enough for Machin Shin to leave. Protect yourself with any Spirit Shields that you can find and kill the minions that are lurking about. Shoot the floating heads if necessary. When you get a message telling you that it is OK to leave, leave. Another option is to avoid going back into Shadar Logoth altogether. When Machin Shin tries to herd you to Shadar Logoth just walk though it to get to the other waygate and Swap Places with the black sister guarding the door. You will take a lot of damage but if you are quick you will survive.
At the top of the wall you can see the fortress through the windows. There is a large gong hanging on the wall of the fortress. Shoot the gong with Dart to make it ring and Swap Places with the guard that comes out to investigate.
Go into the room with the outhouse stalls. Jump on the slanted stall wall on the left. This will topple all of the walls and break open a hole you can drop into.
This appears to be a bug. Iím not sure if it affects everyone but if there is no attack after the horn sounds you will have to restart the mission. From my experience saving and reloading cause this bug. You will have to make it through the mission without reloading. Good luck.
Yes, this is the way out. The portcullis
cannot be opened so you have to Shift through it. To keep from being blown
to smithereens by the wards you have either protect yourself with a Fire
Shield or use the Aura of Unraveling TA found earlier in the level.
