The original Outposts map was created by Legend Entertainment, and included in the full game version.
There have been several versions over the years, Outposts2, Outposts 3.0 and Outposts 3.1. (These will be available when the versions code is complete)
This latest version, created by Walker Boh, incorporates the best enhancements of previous versions - with a neat twist: AGE.
This level now appears to be several hundred years older than the original map, many neat textures and geometry were added to complete the look/feel. The download is much larger due to another addition: music by "Tool" ("Lateralus" to be exact) - the music will play as you enter the mid world.
This level also has the distinction of being the largest download on the Wheelgame.com site - passing the former leader (Aridhol Redux by Don 'Prophet Qa'Sepel' Coffman) by a large margin.
