This is BluJay at his best. The geometry is complex, varied, and all ties together seamlessly.
Geometry Detail Notes:
The difference between BluJay's maps and other good map makers is his skill in designing geometry and his attention to detail simply perfect.
The textures are varied, aligned, fit the atmosphere of the map. Some custom textures used for effects included as well to add even more flavor to the map.
The lighting done in the hound base is simply amazing, gives a whole atmosphere to the base that might be lost if the lighting were different. The midworld and forsaken bases are also well done I can find no better way to have done it.
Sound / Music
Sound and Music Notes:
Sound seems to be included where needed, the hound base has very nice ambient sounds to lend to the atmosphere. Forsaken base does not have the same touch but nonethless not too lacking.
The placement of ta pools in the level is well done, the thought to their contents and their amount however was not. There are too many powerful weapons which spawn with the same frequency as weak weapons, therefore unbalancing the map. The balefire spawns so frequently as to make that a dominating ta on the map all game which I do not think was the intention of the author.

Many spots which are untraceable which takes greatly away from the possibilities on this map. (Version X fixed some of these but still too many left to be ignored)

The theme as built by BluJays fantastic geometry, and lighting, and overall level design is perfect.

Play Style Notes:
Interesting styles of play but the midworld due to the bridge being the dominating path of movement allows for the mid to get very tight very fast. Coupled with the amount of balefire and whirlwind on the map, this can lead to some large stalements in the midworld. The bases each have their own pros and cons in the style the allow for and have interesting design.
Playability - Fun
Fun Play Notes:
Not everyones cup of tea but one of the more fun user made citadel maps. With some more attention to ta, edits (traps and places this map could be nearly perfect.)
